Falls Centre in Raleigh is being redeveloped into a true mixed-use urban hub. The new infill retail design creates centers of activity and moments of discovery for pedestrians exploring the site. Six new multi-tenant retail buildings front a pedestrian-oriented ‘main street’ with carefully arranged pockets to provide outdoor seating in a variety styles. The primary open green relates to the signature restaurant to the east, a small stage to the south and the new five-story apartment across the street to the west.
