The proximity to a major urban center for Charlotte makes this greenfield development project a rare opportunity to create a vibrant mixed-use district with few constraints. While this is primarily a multifamily project, the retail experience along the internal street is the way most people will interact with the building. As the first phase of the development, this project also sets the tone for the high-rise offices and free-standing retail that is planned for the future.
